Another Sunday; another post.

Hello and welcome to Inso's World again.

This week has been another busy one, with the added complication of having a poorly wife to look after. As a result, I have been doing all the chores on top of what I would usually doing so my time has been well used.

Luckily my wife has a really bad cough so I have really slept well this week... oh no... what I meant to say is that I have been listening to coughing all night so sleep has been a bit sparse too. That said, I must have had enough sleep because I have been able to work hard, get all my chores done and still have time for a small amount of hobby time.

First up, I have been continue to work on my Primaris marines and have got another five, roughly base-coated. I just need to tidy them up, before a wash and highlighting:

Now for the distractions... I saw an image of a Mantic Teraton and thought "I've got one of those" so I dug it out, assembled it and have started to slap a base-coat on it:

I have no idea what I am going to do with it... but it's a cool miniature and I would like to get it finished so I think I'll just see where it takes me. I have a few other Teratons so this may end up as a bit of a group... who knows?

Another distraction came about, as a result of someone showing me a mecha model. That got me thinking and as a result, I dug out my Dougram kit and have started to assemble it:

The kit is a clear plastic version so I am going to have fun painting it... but I have assembled the legs so far and will be heavily converting the torso and head. Here is where I am at, so far:

I'll not share what plans I have for it because I don't really have any yet... so it will be very much a case of seeing where it takes me.

In other news, my work place has decided that it would like to get some 'interactive' tables for some of the residents to have a play with. They are great for people living with dementia and they stimulate communication and interest. Here's a video:

As a result, I will be trying to raise some money to help purchase one... so watch this space for my charity activities this year.

That's it for now.

See you from the pier!

Ha, we've had that cough up here.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with that giant killer robot.
