It is at times like these that I look through my hobby cupboards for inspiration and as I looked, I spied something that had been lurking in the depths, unfinished, for too long...
Click the Pic!
The above pic is of an Agarix Majoris...more commonly known as a Mushroom Ogre from space! He has been almost finished for far too long so I finished him quickly just to get him done. He will be painted very soon (I've pledged it on a forum) so he'll be done by the next update...which is usually Sunday.
See you through the mossy peat!
See you through the mossy peat!
That's a great model!
ReplyDeleteWill it be cast? I would definately buy one.
Probably give it a more rustic axe though. Or a big club.
Rob
I think that everyone believes this is a fantasy sculpt...it isn't, it's a sci-fi one. The axe is a club and is perfectly in tune with the rest of the mushroom men from space that I have already converted up...
ReplyDelete...have a look through some of the older posts and you may find them :).
I will post the reason why it can never be cast in the next update...but I am sorry but he can't be cast :(.
Looks great. Those would be perfect for Fairy Meat.
ReplyDeleteI would like to see you finish up on those 15mm Space Dwarfs.
It looks like someone else has done a few and Craig of Critical Mass Games was interested in them. He might be interested in yours as well.
Here is the link to the 15mm on the TMP

Craig already has first dibs on my Dwarfs...but if he goes for the others, I wouldn't blame him at all. Wiff Waff does some great work and is much more reliable than I have been...
ReplyDelete...I'll get there in the end (I guess I am not as enthusiastic about the smaller scale as a lot of other people out there).
Looking very nice. Great with a white wine and cream sauce! Is he due to be cast up?
ReplyDeleteHe's superb, he has so much character
ReplyDeleteI was going to say that I'd love to see that guy casted up, but then I saw your reply that it can't... So sad right now!! :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome model however!
Thanks :).
ReplyDeleteDon't despair...there will be another Ogarix that will be castable.
