LOL!<br /><br />I'd invert your simple D6 table around so that 4,5,6 carry on as normal - whatever normal is.<br /><br />This allows a +1 for 'experienced' and +2 for 'veteran' modifier sort of thing to take the complete randomness out of it - why?
